Hello everyone! :)

Today (23:rd of august) in the morning, my host family went away on their yearly holiday :)

I will have the whole house for myself for a week ^^

First day almost over and i feel already a bit lonley... hehe ^^

Anyway, this week i will try to cook different dishes, hopefully meet up with another au pair here in our town :)

On Monday i will see if i can find a library and maybe find an interesting book ;)

I do miss my books at home :/ Mostly the serie about a young girl named "Helena" :)

Maybe i can buy some flour tomorrow (if Stop & Shop is not closed) otherwise i'll just have to wait until Monday ;)

Even if it is Saturday today, i don't feel any craving (spelling?) for candy... Just for some popcorn ^^

And this family has a few pacages ^^

I will go to bed soon (the time is right now 8:38pm), feeling a bit tired but i am watching The Hunger Games: Catching Fire :)

The time here is now 21/8-14, 11:10 pm and i am a little tired ^^' BUT! Before i go to sleep i wanted to tell you all what we did earlier this evening ^^ 

We went and saw the movie "Guardians of the Galaxy" !! :)

When i first saw the trailer, i was; "Are you kidding me? Really? That's a movie someone would see?"

BUT! It turned out to be a GREAT movie! ;) If you haven't seen it yet, do so! :) It was surprisingly good :)

The guy to the left (the main character), has a really funny humor ;) 

Just watch it ^^ It's good :)

The movie is (7:35-9:35pm) 2 hours long :)

Do you remember when i said that i would show you all photos of; Bambi in our backyard and now I will/can :)

 
What do you know. It looks just like Bambi! :O ;) We saw Bambi the second day i arrived here (13/8) :) 

And then we was Bambi + mother at the front! ^^

But i haven't seen Bambi these days :/ ^^

Melinda and Doug+ family are sometimes at this mansion playing golf, eating dinner and spending time by the pool :)

It's a big house! Don't you think so too? ;D 

The place is called BBCC :) Well, not really ^^ That is just the short name for it :) The full name for this place is Bonnie Briar Contry Club ;)  It's a really nice place :) 

Today is a warm day as well :) The sun (and some clouds) are high up in the sky and "gasing" (spelling?) down on us ^^

I made a poem the day before yesterday, to my family back home;

Away for a year I now will be,
but at Skype we still echother see.

My computer is fixed! :)

The kids are wonderful :) Becca, Peter and Jacob are all adorable (and i am not just writing this because Melinda and Doug can read my blog, but because i mean it ^^)

I am done with my Pre-Departure Project and all that is left is to sent it :)

Hello everyone!! :D

I am doing great here at the house with my host family :) The kids have not come home from their camp yet, they will arrive tuesday (the day after tomorrow) and i am looking forward to meet them :)

My room is nice (i love the bed!), i have a small walk-in-closet and my own bathroom :) yey ^^

The house is big and comfortable and don't let me get started about their backyeard!

IT'S BIG! :0 No kidding at all :) They do not have any fences and the backyard is connected to a small "forest" and they have alot of BIG trees ;) One thing! They sometimes have Bambi as guest in the garden! yeye again! ^^

I took a photo of it :) but i can't upload it, because i am not sitting by my own computer :( 

I am acually sitting by Melindas computer (my host mom) and blogging ;) 

My own computer is dead, it won't charge and so we (hos mom, host dad and me) think that the charger is fried or there might be something else that is not working :/ Not sure yet :(

BUT! I am not sad (well, not too sad anyway ^^') 

We are soon going to drive and to some errands today :)

I will blogg more later or tomorrow :)

It is day 3 here at the hotel Hilton in New Jersey :)
I am doing great in class and i have made a new friend here :) Her name is Anita ;)
She likes anime/manga same as me! ^^ yey ;)

Tomorrow will be the last day here at Hilton, because my host mother will pick me up around 2 pm and then i will be able to meet my host family! :D yey! ;D

I can't show you any photos yet, not until i get to "my" house ^^ My computer is a little stupid, so i am sitting by one of the computers here at the hotel :)

I will blogg again, once i find the time for it at the house in New Rochelle ;)

Den 11 augusti kommer jag att resa till USA där min värdfamilj är! :D

Längtar riktigt mycket ^^ men samtidigt kommer jag att sakna min familj och nära vänner här hemma :(
